1. The service

Wren takes booking requests by phone and prepares a draft trip for a human dispatcher at the transportation operator to review and confirm. Wren is intake software; it is not the transportation provider, and a request is not a confirmed ride until the operator confirms it.

2. Not for emergencies

Wren is for NON-EMERGENCY transportation only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, hang up and call 911 immediately. Do not use Wren to request emergency or urgent medical help.

3. SMS messaging program

If you opt in, you may receive trip-related text messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, and dispatch or status updates from or on behalf of the transportation operator through Wren.

You consent to these messages by providing your mobile number or by agreeing during a call. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, and HELP for help, or contact us at legal@dubeinternational.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and features may change.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for lawful, non-emergency transportation requests, and not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular trip will be scheduled or completed; scheduling and transportation are the responsibility of the operator.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dube International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and continued use of the service means you accept the changes.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Dube International is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms: legal@dubeinternational.com.
