WrenPrivacy Policy
Last updated June 19, 2026
Wren is a voice and messaging service operated by Dube International, LLC (“Dube International,” “we,” “us”) for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website, calls placed to Wren-powered phone lines, and the Wren SMS program.
1. Information we collect
When you call a Wren-powered line, we collect the details you provide to arrange a ride: the passenger’s name, a callback phone number, pickup and destination, date and time, mobility and accommodation needs, who is paying, and related information. Because the purpose is medical transportation, some of this may include health-related details necessary to arrange the trip.
When you take part in the SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to be texted. When you use this website or the contact form, we collect what you submit (such as name, email, company, and message) and basic technical and usage data. Calls may be recorded only where permitted and disclosed to you.
2. How we use information
We use the information to take and relay booking requests to the transportation operator you contacted, to send trip-related notifications (such as confirmations, reminders, and dispatch updates) by text message and email, to respond to inquiries, and to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. SMS program and consent
By providing your mobile number or opting in during a call, you consent to receive trip-related text messages from or on behalf of the transportation operator through Wren. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@dubeinternational.com.
4. How we share information
We share the booking and contact details you provide with the transportation operator you contacted, so they can schedule and complete your ride. We use service providers (such as our telephony and messaging carriers, cloud hosting, and email delivery) to operate the service; they may use the information only to provide services to us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in or consent, or the contents of text messages with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Health-related information
Where we process health-related information on behalf of a transportation operator, we act as that operator’s service provider under our agreement with them, including a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement where required. The operator is responsible for its own privacy practices and for the care it provides.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law or by our agreements with operators, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us at privacy@dubeinternational.com; we will respond consistent with applicable law and our obligations to the operators we serve. This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
